About You:
Bachelor degree studies in International Relations, Logistics or related,
Previous experience in a logistics & warehouse environment is a plus,
SAP knowledge is also a plus.
High English skills are required as the role involves international exposure.

Responsabilitati

Responsibilities:

Act as 1st line support for questions related to logistic inquiries from our subsidiaries;
Performs multiple administrative tasks related to inbound, outbound and cross dock operations;
Checking and following-up of (actual and theoretical) stock;
Creating purchase, stock & 3rd party orders;
Administration and planning of subcontracting orders;
Monitoring and expediting ordered materials to ensure on time delivery to our subsidiaries and customers within Europe;
Handling complaints and claims regarding orders and shipments;
All transactions are processed in our SAP system, and you are directly reporting to the Manager Logistics.
