Procurement Project Manager with German

A snapshot of your day
As a Project Manager in Procurement you will oversee and coordinate the project to ensure it meets business goals and delivers benefits and organize various workstreams and activities to establish excellence, improve efficiency, and build sustainable value for the business and stakeholders.
You will be actively involved in supporting the development of the Transformation of Industries business and Electrification, Automation and Digitalization (EAD) in particular and be an integral part of Energy Transformation, supporting decarbonization through EAD through various products and solutions.
How you'll make an impact

• Setup the project (e.g., define scope, staffing)
• Decide on suitable approaches and alterations (in accordance with PL)
• Organize, coordinate and lead the project team
• Ensure that the project deliverables, budgets and delivery times are met
• Manage project progress including respective status reporting and escalate if indicated
• Adjust project scope during the project and decide project internal topics if necessary
• Ensure project evaluation and handover to daily business
• Maintain stakeholder engagement
• Address special ad-hoc requests, reports and project as assigned by the Procurement Management
• Support the Procurement team with administrative and organizational topics, like time management, onboarding/offboarding

What you bring

• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement or in Project Management, with an understanding of different methods of procurement and processes
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Supply Chain or other relevant fields
• Experience in corporate environment, preferably SCM experience
• Experience in international projects and openness to other cultures are required
• Ability to demonstrate ambition, open-mindedness, initiative, ability to learn, customer focus, motivation, enthusiasm, and drive to deliver high quality results
• Very good MS Office skills
• Advanced level of English and German language skills
