Senior Performance Controller

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Senior Performance Controller, you'll get into commercial as well as technical details of projects and take care of Forecast & Reporting accuracy for STG S&PM Germany/Western Europe. You're an essential contributor for the success of our organization and the integrity of our numbers.

How You'll make an Impact:

- Ensuring that we deliver on our business financial targets by diligently owning and taking care of the financials in the projects or topics you are responsible for.

- You will focus on commercial project/sales controlling topics, project/sales support and management support.

- You will be driving the forecasting, budgeting and reporting processes for STG S&PM Germany/Western Europe

- You will be a key player and driver for the cash management and planning.

- You will be in charge of cost center controlling for Sales&Proposals, Project Management, Central Items and Load analysis/planning for Project Management.

- You will be responsible for preparing management presentations based on business analysis which you have previously conducted.

- You will focus on simplification potential in our forecasting and reporting processes through digitalization

- You will be liaising between different departments, such as sales, controlling, project management, manufacturing etc. with the purpose of gathering relevant information to increase transparency and for decision making.

What you'll bring

- You have a bachelor's degree with commercial focus or comparable long-term experience.

- You are self-motivated and able to work independently at a high-quality standard.

- You have senior controlling expertise, including project controlling.

- You have base knowledge in IFRS / ICFR applicable regulations.

- You are fluent in English and German is an advantage.

- You know what to prioritize and you take responsibility.

- You have advanced MS Office365 and SAP skills and furthermore are eager to enter the field of data analysis.

- You can redesign and streamline processes.

- You understand the work in an international matrix organization and are familiar with self-drive agile teams.
