    Your profile

    Previous experience in organizing and coordinating events
    Experience organizing luxury events will be a big advantage
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    Strong knowledge of event marketing and promotion
    Results oriented and attention to detail
    Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide the team
    Fluency in English, both written and spoken
    Availability to travel

    Responsibilities

    Main tasks

    Planning and coordinating luxury events ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with the objectives and budget
    Managing relationships with customers and partners, ensuring that all their requirements and needs are met
    Overseeing the entire event organization process, including supplier selection and coordination, logistics management and ensuring good internal and external communication
    Development and implementation of marketing and promotion strategies to attract new participants and customers
    Monitoring and evaluating the performance of events and conferences, identifying and implementing continuous improvements
    Overseeing the allocated budget for events and conferences, ensuring that expenses are within established limits
