    Experience of working in a multicultural environment

    Smart and business like appearance

    Excellent verbal communication skills with a good telephone manner

    Good written skills

    Good interpersonal skills

    Good knowledge of MS Office package

    Computer literate, with keyboard skills and experience of word-processing, combined with the ability to acquire other skills as necessary

    Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking

    Very good English language skills

    Responsabilitati

    Greet, assist and direct visitors (candidates, students, suppliers etc.)

    Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required

    Monitor the use of supplies

    Pick up and deliver the mail

    Provide information to callers

    Provide general administrative and clerical support

    Prepare correspondence and documents

    Schedule appointments

    Register the internal documents

    Provide office supplies (Stationery& Kitchen supplies) for staff and maintain adequate stocks;

    Contribute to team-wide communications and knowledge management

    Organizing events and meetings

    Complete the necessary documents with the company’s information

    Completing the medical kit

    Taking care of other administrative tasks

    Performs other duties as assigned by the facility lead
