    The Working Student - Finance Data Governance Analyst is an integral part of the finance data governance team, providing support in the management and enhancement of the data catalog and process documentation.
    This role is designed for a student currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Data Management or a related field, offering a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in data governance within a corporate environment. This role offers a unique opportunity for students to gain valuable experience in data governance and finance within a supportive and dynamic corporate environment.

    How You'll Make an Impact
    • Support the Lead Data Steward and the Data team amongst projects and tasks, including create training materials, process documentation by handling of process management tool, work with Data, create visualizations, test solutions
    • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the finance data in Collibra Data Catalog
    • Ensure accurate documentation of financial data assets, including metadata, data lineage, and data definitions
    • Regularly update the data catalog to reflect changes in data sources, structures, and usage
    • Support data quality initiatives by documenting data quality rules in Collibra Data Catalog
    • Collaborate with data stewards to ensure the maintenance of Collibra Data Catalog as a governance tool
    • Work closely with finance, IT, and other business units to understand data requirements and ensure the data catalog meets their needs
    • Provide support to finance users of the data catalog, helping them to navigate and utilize the catalog effectively
    • Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the data catalog and governance processes

    What You Bring
    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
    • Previous internship or part-time experience in finance, data management, or data governance roles is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and especially PowerPoint)
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
    • Advanced English language skills required
