Join our team as a Working Student - Automation and AI Analyst in Finance. In this role, you'll support our Automation and AI team in exploring new technologies and their real-world applications.
We're looking for a student currently pursuing a degree in information technology or a related field, eager to gain hands-on experience in a corporate setting. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Investigate emerging AI tools, monitor project performance, document processes, and share ideas for improvement
• Assist with AI tool evaluation, testing, model fine-tuning, and integration into workflows
• Work with cross-functional teams on automation projects to contribute insights, monitor performance, create performance dashboards, analyze results and optimize solutions
• Create and maintain automation scripts, support the citizen developer community by organizing events, workshops, and training sessions, and provide guidance to community members
• Process documentation by handling of process management tool
• Work closely with finance, IT, and other business units to understand requirements, support users, and gather feedback to continuously improve solutions

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in internships or part-time roles related to information technology, data analysis, or automation is a plus
• Experience working on academic or personal projects involving AI, automation, or data analysis
• Participation in tech communities, hackathons, or relevant student organizations
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Familiarity with AI tools and libraries is a plus
• Experience with UiPath or other automation tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
• Understanding of data analysis and visualization tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and especially PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Advanced English language skills required
