Commercial Controller for Service Business

Commercial management of service order(s) with the aim of timely execution of the orders(s) in the given time, budget, and quality framework, in line with the regulatory framework and to the customer's satisfaction.

• Invoicing of spare parts orders: Confirmation of delivery, invoicing incl. forwarding to customer; Invoicing of service orders based on time and material / hourly rates with SE internal customers
• Processing of web cycles for supplier invoices: Booking of goods receipt, confirmation of delivery / performance, e.g.via shipping note or time sheets.
• Invoicing of long-term service contracts: Quarterly invoicing of fixed fees, documentation, and invoicing of add on services / deliveries.
• Accounts receivable management: Follow up of due / overdue invoices with customers.
• Asset management: set up / request accounting details for invest, controlling of depreciation of assets, initiation, and execution of yearly check of inventory, booking of stock transactions.
• ICFR documentation: Monthly / quarterly reporting routines - manual execution or via RDA (robot).

• Experience in service business desirable.
• Experience in financial execution of service orders, basic controlling desirable.
• Working experience in an intercultural environment desirable.
• Value Flow, e.g. IFRS requirements.
• Experience using Microsoft Office / SAP
• English language skills
