    Cerinte

    For our client, a multinational company specialized in fuel distribution, we are looking for a Back Office Assistant B2B.

    If you are a proactive, detail- oriented, organized personality and you have:

    Good communication and time management skills
    Experience working with customers
    English (written and spoken)
    Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Internet Explorer
    Ability to focus on accomplishing multiple tasks at the same time
    Firm sense of responsibility
    Ability to learn new things

    Responsabilitati

    Back Office responsibilities:
    Controls commercial contracts before entering them in the ERP
    Organize customer files
    Prepare documentation regarding customers
    In charge of back-office relationship with customers
    Promotes company's web tools to customers

    Credit Management responsibilities:
    Helps credit manager to control Risk
    Monitors customer receivables and guarantees
    Prepares the documents needed in case of a guarantee execution
    Follows specific payments: payments in advance, discount freezing


    Marketing and Administrative responsibilities:
    Adapts all documents to local languages: contracts, marketing documents, web pages
