    Cerinte

    7-10 years in a similar position;
    Master's Degree;
    Excellent knowledge of motor insurance business & u/w regulation/ processes;
    Understanding of automated underwriting platform (rules & structure);
    Great awareness of motor insurance market;
    Excellent knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects;
    Advanced level of English.

    Responsabilitati

    Co-develop underwriting strategy, conditions and changes to be imposed on Motor insurance policies. Defined desired portfolio risk profile/appetite. Write policies and guidelines and/or help with policy wording where necessary;
    Assess risks of new and existing customers;
    Contribute to design of new insurance products;
    Keep up to date with developments and expertise in the field, improve delivery accordingly and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge and information;
    Align and liaise with regulators, intermediaries, customers, brokers on background information, risk assessments, pricing and other insurance topics;
    Expresses opinion and leads conversations on u/w and pricing topics based on company’s strategy and goals;
    Understand business needs and test different alternative scenarios. Advises on a tactical level by analysing decisions and translating into financial outcomes;
    Business and financial reporting.

    The role is hybrid, with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office, in Bucharest.
