SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

The role: You'll be the brain behind PORC's digital presence and our interface with the world. While managing our major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube), you'll also handle our public relations - from press releases to industry events. Think of it as being both our social media mastermind and our PR strategist.


You’ll be:

• Cooking up creative concepts for photo shoots and video content
• Orchestrating social media mayhem (the good kind)
• Writing captions that make people both laugh and hit 'save'
• Planning and executing social media schedules like a boss
• Organizing shop events that people actually want to attend
• Sliding into influencers' DMs (professionally, of course)
• Working with our squad (photographer, video editor, film crew, producer)
• Going to cool events to mingle like a politician

We need someone who:

• Has the strategic mind of an ad executive but the instincts of a TikTok prophet
• Understands both Romanian and international street culture
• Can turn brand ideas into social media gold
• Knows their way around all social platforms (and actually enjoys using them)
• Can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Can whip out their phone on time and not miss that viral video in progress
• Has a personality that matches our vibe
• Is passionate about streetwear/fashion
• Masters both Romanian and English but also speaks fluent Emoji

This is a full-time gig where you'll be an essential part of the PORC family. We're a small team, which means your ideas won't get lost in corporate bureaucracy - they'll go straight from your brain to our feeds. You’ll need to be in the office @ Porc HQ (Timpuri Noi Area, Bucharest) but with some flexibility.
