PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS MANAGER

The role: Transform our creative hurricane into a smooth-running machine while keeping PORC's spirit wild and free. You'll be the bridge between our dreams and reality, making sure our clothes actually drop when we say they will.
You’ll be:

• Juggling production schedules across multiple countries without dropping the ball
• Keeping our creative team's ideas flowing while meeting actual deadlines
• Turning potential collabs into actual collabs
• Aware of every product's status
• Talking to managers in the morning and street artists in the afternoon
• Keeping everything moving without killing the vibe
• Making timelines that people actually follow

• Has project management skills (Excel, Trello should be your nicknames)
• Has great negotiation and communication skills
• Can manage multiple production timelines and schedules
• Understands clothing production (or is at least eager to learn)
• Is able to balance creativity with practicality
• Has basic knowledge of the streetwear industry (or strong passion to learn)
