Performance Controller

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Performance Controller Support, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Controller to manage and oversee all critical business metrics. This includes, but is not limited to, responsibilities such as forecast and budget reporting, order on hand reporting, volume development, profit development, SG&A controlling, headcount, and free cash Flow (FCF) management.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Actively monitor KPIs and highlight deviations for corrective actions to increase transparency.
• Provide information and commercial/financial reports vital for monthly, quarterly and annual review/ balance sheet reviews.
• Prepare commission agreements and support in issuance of debit memo for commission charging.
• Support in annual re-organizational activities.
• Closely monitor AR and highlight old open items for rigorous follow-ups.
• Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.
• Prepare and keep auditable documentation for controlling.

What You Bring (requirements)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience" in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years' experience accounting and financial audit experience.
• Advanced knowledge of FI/CO transactions and procedures in SAP Spiridon ERP, Tableau, Focus+, ESPIRT, EPM+ and DASH tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous work style.
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and documentation methods to consolidate and validate large quantity of information and complex business issues.
• Ability to gather, structure, consolidate and analyze large amounts of financial information and develop an overarching country view, also in graphical format, that describes the key message for Management's use.
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
