Commercial Project Support

A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will support the Commercial Project Manager for Product Business, in UAE and ME Region, with project orders, oversee financial and cost controls, and handle currency risks and supplier invoices. You will also support contract negotiations, ensure compliance with internal policies, and prepare key documentation for reviews and audits.

How You'll Make an Impact

Commercial Project Management (80% time)

• Order booking and set-up in local Spiridon system for AIS projects. SDI Orders. Order booking and set-up in local Spiridon system for GIS and Transformer projects. PoC project booking in Spiridon System.
• Manage foreign currency risk in projects in line with hedging/currency guidelines.
• Handle project guarantees using GREAT tool and Customer Invoice and LC document preparation.
• Maintaining project financials and overall cost controlling for projects. MIKA Summary and change management. Support the CPM by preparing relevant commercial documentation required for the project's records, review meetings, and audits.
• Manage suppliers/subcontractors' invoice certification and payment processing.

Commercial Sales Management (20%)

• Support the CSM during contract negotiations, such as project terms & conditions.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant internal rules & guidelines including Limits of Authority (LoA), FRG, tax, trade finance, or currency guidelines. Including managing the various templates and tools at SE LoA Process for Grid Technologies.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years' accounting experience and financial audit experience.
• Advanced knowledge of FI/CO transactions and procedures in SAP Spiridon ERP, Tableau, Focus+, ESPIRIT, EPM+ and DASH tools.
• Highly developed analytical skills and detail-oriented work style.
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and documentation methods to consolidate and validate large quantity of information and complex business issues.
• Ability to gather, structure, consolidate and analyse large amounts of financial information and develop an overarching country view, also in graphical format, that describes the key message for Management's use.
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
