We are seeking a proactive and analytically-minded Working Student to join our Market Intelligence team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic, cross-functional team that is central to procurement activities at Siemens Energy. You will work closely with experts across various fields within our Supply Chain Risk & Resilience team, contributing to projects that shape our global operations. Additionally, you will develop knowledge of international energy transition topics, including sustainability, market trends, geopolitics, and other key areas, all while making a meaningful impact in a rapidly evolving industry.

About the Team
Under the Supply Chain and Resilience team, the Market Intelligence team offers support within Siemens Energy to stakeholders and decision-makers by collecting, analyzing, and synthetizing various forms of market data (commodity prices, forecasts, global capacity, market trends, administrative changes, geopolitical risks), and deploying, in a transparent way, relevant insights on different categories (Macroeconomics, Energy, Metals, Logistics, Petrochemicals among others).

How You'll Make an Impact
- Team collaboration (Collecting feedback, fast-pace learning, proactive approach for support)
- Project coordination support & webinar management (Overview planning, meeting invites for internal and tool updates, as well as training sessions, Share Point files organization)
- Stakeholder material support (Research materials, excel analyses, extracts of information, executive summaries, management prep templates)
- Facilitate the transparency of the insights we are providing within SE among different categories, by collecting, analyzing and summarizing updated information on the latest market trends
- Analyze different type of qualitative and quantitative information both internally (from Roadmaps, plans, feedbacks, etc.) and external sources (available from our Market Intelligence provider and also external information)
- Support the current information organization and additional Adhoc requests, by creating a logic on the information available on the existing reports (including the information living on our Share Point)
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Data Science, Finance, International Relations or any other related fields
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability, good time management and organizational skills
- Advanced English language skills to facilitate international teams collaboration (German or Spanish are also welcome)
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, along with familiarity with SharePoint and MS Forms
- Organized and dynamic team player with curiosity for procurement topics and eagerness to learn
- Cross-cultural awareness and skills, working with different geographical areas in different time zones
