Business Analyst Sales Excellence

As a requirement engineer you manage change requests for our IT applications. You analyze business processes, clarify processes and requirements, build user stories and test cases. You participate in daily huddle calls with IT team, test your user stories and give acceptance for further deployment. Additionally you contribute for documentation and trainings as well as support the user in the system.

• Improvement, rollout, and operation of applications in the digitization portfolio of the sales department
• Identification of business processes and definition of requirements
• Collaborate with the IT department on projects with full responsibility for implementation
• Orchestration of business and IT collaborators
• Automation of business processes in sales
• Optimization of IT tools with harmonization and standardization
• User support and training

• Completed studies in computer science/ IT, economics, or a comparable education with many years of corresponding professional
• Professional experience as IT Project Manager in the area of Customer Relationship Management
• Knowledge of agile methods (e.g., SCRUM), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Reporting and Dashboard tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Expert experience of defining business processes and requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, german would be a plus.
