Field Support Engineer Intern - Signify

As a Field Support Engineer Intern you’ll be responsible for support our service team in administration work.

What you’ll do:

• Administrative support on tickets received via call center.
• Backup in case we need to visit customer sites.
• Manage relation between Signify and customer (inform about the FOC orders, delivery time, ticket status, release of CN, BSR)

Your qualifications:

• Fluent English (B2 written and spoken).
• Customer oriented, Responsible and Reliable, Communicative.
• Willing to learn constantly, good Team player.
• Technical education background.
• Sufficient PC skills (MS Office).
