Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Fluency in English and German (at least B2 level);
- Customer support experience is considered a plus;
- Problem solving skills and customer-oriented approach;
- Team-worker attitude and proactivity;
- Analytical skills;
Responsibilities
What will you do?
Ensure Level 1 Support to: Customers and Service Providers (Claim management included):
- Provide operational support to the customer or service provider through different channels (phone, chat, email, etc.).
- Assist the Customer/Service Provider with any aspect of services operations question: problems, training, compliance, escalations, etc
- Confirm customer and vehicle data.
- Provide help and answer questions on billing and invoice disputes (divergent values, payment)
- Analyze complaints received
- Proposal for measures to improve practices
- Resolution of the complaint
