- Certification in security systems management is preferred

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing security systems, including CCTV and access control.

- Prior experience in coordinating with external vendors for system maintenance and upgrades.

- Strong understanding of security system hardware and software.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and documentation effectively.

- Analytical thinking to identify and address potential vulnerabilities in security systems.

- Familiarity with local security regulations and compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in using security management software and tools.

Responsabilitati

Security System Management:
- Supervise and manage the building's security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems.
- Ensure proper functionality of security equipment through routine checks and maintenance.
- Monitor the performance and efficiency of the security systems to address any vulnerabilities.

Vendor Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the external vendor contracted for security system maintenance.
- Coordinate regular maintenance and updates of security systems in line with contractual agreements.
- Report any technical issues or malfunctions to the vendor for timely resolution.

Operational Activities:
- Perform a variety of security-related tasks as needed, ensuring the safety and security of the building and its occupants.
- Conduct inspections and provide recommendations for improvements in the security infrastructure.
- Stay updated on advancements in security technologies and propose enhancements to the existing systems.

Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to building security systems.
- Implement and enforce company policies regarding access control and surveillance practices.
- Provide reports and updates on the status and effectiveness of the security systems to management.

Inventory and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of security equipment, including installation dates, maintenance schedules, and system updates.
- Keep track of access control data and surveillance footage storage as per company guidelines.

Incident Response:
- Respond promptly to any security breaches or system malfunctions, ensuring the situation is handled professionally.
- Assist in investigating incidents and provide relevant documentation for resolution and reporting.
