    Requirements

    · University degree preferably with focus on Human Resources or similar
    · Min. 1 year of work experience in HR is mandatory, preferably in high paced and creative
    companies
    · A genuine desire to help and support others
    · Flexible and comfortable in a changing environment
    · Previous BPO / contact center experience is an advantage
    · SAP HR experience is an advantage
    · Business fluent in English mandatory

    Responsibilities

    Main Responsibilities
    · Managing administration of on-boarding / off-boarding processes
    · Preparation and update of employment contracts and employee requests
    · Ensuring HR data accuracy and up to date maintenance
    · Coverage on daily HR ad-hoc tasks
    · Support the HR Coordinator in priorities delivery and HR best practices
    · Working together in projects with focus on HR process optimizations and new tools
    implementation
    · Collaborating and communicating across functions and other offices on an international basis
    · Supporting employees in smooth relocation phases
    · Work closely with your manager and contribute to HR projects, provide ideas and suggestions
