Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) or e-transport platforms is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of transportation laws and logistics processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with logistics software is a plus.
Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

Assist with the coordination and monitoring of shipments and transportation schedules using the e-transport platform.
Input and update transport data into digital systems, ensuring accuracy and real-time availability of information.
Track deliveries and provide status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with drivers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to address delivery issues or delays.
Support compliance with transportation regulations and internal policies.
Maintain organized records of invoices, contracts, and transport documentation.
Troubleshoot e-transport platform issues and provide basic support to users when necessary.
Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to optimize digital logistics workflows.
