    Requirements

    Join our team if you:

    • Are passionate about starting a career in payroll and administration.
    • Hold (or are pursuing) a bachelor’s degree in economics or human resource management (labor law).
    • Have basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT).
    • Are fluent in English, with good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Have an eye for detail and an organized, structured approach to tasks.
    • Are a quick learner, eager to grow, and enjoy finding solutions.

    Responsibilities


    Your future role:

    This role offers a comprehensive understanding of payroll operations and exposure to client interactions, setting a strong foundation for your career in HR and payroll services. Your activities will include:

    • Assisting in managing payroll processes and benefit administration.
    • Helping produce payroll runs and maintain accurate records.
    • Contributing to the preparation and submission of statutory reports and salary declarations.
    • Supporting employment data entry and maintenance in REVISAL.
    • Learning to interact with clients and relevant institutions to ensure smooth information flow.
    • Identifying areas for process improvement and proposing solutions.
    • Gaining insights into best practices and standards within a global consultancy.
