    What do you need to be successful?
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level).
    • Exceptional multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage competing priorities effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to analyze, interpret, and simplify complex data and production metrics, presenting them clearly to diverse audiences.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of workforce management principles and best practices.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey information confidently and persuasively.
    • Degree-level education or equivalent qualifications.

    Responsabilitati

    Schedule Management:
    • Oversee daily and monthly scheduling for logistics employees, ensuring timely submission of reports to the HR department.
    • Plan and maintain employee schedules in advance for the logistics department, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
    • Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time to address unexpected absences or fluctuations in workload.

    Staffing and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs based on workload and operational requirements.
    • Manage time-off requests (e.g., holidays) and schedule adjustments, balancing workforce needs with operational demands.
    • Provide real-time direction on staff movements to maximize efficiency while optimizing service levels and cost.

    Attendance and Timekeeping:
    • Monitor employee attendance daily, recording entry and exit times to maintain accurate timekeeping records.
    • Verify the accuracy of timekeeping data, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
    • Prepare monthly reports detailing hours worked, overtime, and absences, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

    Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with the Human Resources and Payroll departments to ensure accurate data processing.
    • Provide employees with support and clarification on timekeeping-related queries.
    • Meet deadlines for submitting all required reports and documentation.

    Transport Coordination:
    • Oversee the allocation of personnel to transport routes.
    • Share necessary information with the transport provider to ensure smooth operations.
    • Manage and update transport-related reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

    Additional Duties:
    • Perform ad hoc analyses as required to support operational or management decision-making.
