Receptionist Internship (5 months contract)

We are currently seeking a young professional to join our General Services team for a period of 5 months, on a full-time basis (8 hours/day). As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day activities.

A day in the life...

• Answering and directing incoming calls (Consumer service, Nespresso division, provide e-mail addresses for financial issues if needed, keep in touch with colleagues for different situations)
• Keep clear evidence of all incoming invoices 
• Tracking travel invoices: make sure to get all the travel invoices in the correct format, assign the correct purchase order and cost center
• Announce the arrival of big parcels, sort and distribute the mail by departments and keep records 
• Generating reports and summaries to provide insights on fuel consumption and expenses 
• Support for employees in the system for travel arrangements 
• Support for meeting room reservation 
• Back-up for sending correspondence (DHL, Urgent Cargus)

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Be a final year student or a fresh graduate
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have advanced English language proficiency.
• Be a fast learner and self-motivated individual.
