Junior Finance Analyst - IPSOS

Role overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Excel (XLS), proficiency in the English language, and a solid foundation in basic financial concepts. This role will support various financial operations and ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.
What will I be doing? 
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and spreadsheets using Excel.
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Support the finance team in daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Conduct basic financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders in English.
Assist with the preparation of financial documents for audits and compliance purposes.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
What do I need to bring with me? 
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate reports.
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in a finance-related role is a plus, but not mandatory.
Education:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred,
