Qualifications and Skills
Secondary/ higher technical education.
Experience in: Automation / Electromechanics / Applied Electronics / Machine Construction Technology. ︀︉︎︌︄︀︂︅
​︂︆︄︆​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎Proven experience in machinery and equipment maintenance, preferably with Savoy lines or similar systems.
Strong technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and optimize industrial equipment.
Leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
In-depth understanding of OHS and fire protection standards.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement. Initiative, teamwork spirit, and ability to meet deadlines Medium-level English language skills are mandatory
Availability for a 3-shift schedule

Responsabilitati

The Technician for Machines and Equipment is responsible for the development, management, and maintenance of industrial systems and tools, ensuring ︉︃​︁︈︅​︉︇​︁︄︃the operational efficiency and safety of equipment and work processes. The role also focuses on team leadership, technical knowledge enhancement, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Management
Develop and manage the Maintenance Department to ensure the seamless functioning of machinery and equipment.
Spare Parts and Tools Oversight
Oversee the management and proper utilization of entrusted spare parts, tools, and devices.

Technical Maintenance
Ensure the technical condition and optimal performance of Savoy lines, identifying and resolving any issues. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance for the entrusted equipment.

Continuous Improvement
Enhance personal technical knowledge and implement strategies to optimize Savoy lines for improved efficiency and reliability.

Information Sharing
Ensure timely and accurate communication of relevant information to internal and external stakeholders.

Team Qualifications and Development
Manage and improve the qualifications of the assigned work team, promoting skill enhancement and growth.

Work Environment
Maintain a positive working atmosphere and ensure the psychological well-being of team members.

Employee Support
Provide the necessary tools, resources, and conditions to enable team members to achieve their goals effectively.

Collaboration and Reporting
Facilitate the sharing of essential information with external and internal partners to ensure operational continuity.

Health and Safety Compliance
Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and fire protection (PO) standards in the assigned section, ensuring a safe working environment.
