    Requirements

    Skills that make your work successful:

    -Good communication, written and oral, proficient in English ( B2-C1);
    -French B1 nice to have;
    -Experience in the HR field, Customer Service, or any other area;
    -Good Client handling skills;
    -Problem-solving and analysis skills, well organized and attentive to details;
    -Proactive, positive attitude and approach;
    -Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team;
    -Bachelor's degree is required.

    Responsibilities

    How you'll make an impact:
    -Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈hires, terminations, personal and job data changes, or leave of absence;
    -Collect information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes;
    -Act as the first point of contact for the employees HR related requests via chat, e-mail, or phone and manage them in the ticketing system;
    -Collect, verify, organize, compile, or update electronically company personnel records and documentation;
    -Manage employee benefits enrollment;
    -Provide input for payroll;
    -Create HR documents such as reference letters;
    -Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities;
    -Work with other internal or client teams to execute HR processes;
    -Conduct data validation or execute controls and address findings;
    -Capture new knowledge in the internal database and update process documentation as needed.
