Cerinte
Experience in a similar role;
Good knowledge of English;
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong attention to detail and a team working attitude;
Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in accounting.
Responsabilitati
Monitoring and recording daily customer and suppliers collections;
Sending notifications to customers to recover uncollected receivables;
Updating and managing the customer database;
Reconciling with customers/suppliers;
Collaborating in the annual audit of financial statements;
Supporting colleagues for the department efficiency processes;
Monitoring service contracts such as cleaning, employee transportation and document archiving;
Ensuring permanent stock and identifying efficient solutions for products needed in the office.
