    The Talent Programs & Metrics Manager is responsible for data analytics, program management, and communication of Talent agenda, programs, and events dedicated to the internal Veeam Audience.

    Your tasks will include:
    • Develop administrative and operational processes and provide administration, program management, and data processing support for efficiently running talent programs.
    • Project manage Talent events and activities such as virtual and F2F training programs, development activities, Talent Management campaigns, contests, and dedicated programs.
    • Deliver complex analyses of talent data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of talent insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
    • Run the administration of events in supporting systems (LMS, HR & Administration Systems, Data processing systems a.o.) covering activities such as events creation and management, participants roster management, tracking of registration and corresponding actions, communication to participants and other stakeholders, closing and post-event management and data analysis.
    • Contact and manage 3rd party providers, and collaborate with them and internal facilitators on operational and logistic tasks associated with managing and delivering events and programs.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Internal Communications, Corporate Technology, Branding and Creative etc.) on activities related to enablement, communication, and adoption of talent programs.
    • Write and edit materials related to Talent Programs and agenda (ex. Business Review updates, program presentations, communication resources) for various target populations ranging from Individual Contributors to Senior Leaders, tailoring the tone, content and look & feel to match the needs and expectations of each audience.
    • Track spending against budget, manage contracts and invoicing for 3rd party providers, and periodically report on Talent budget consumption.
    • Develop administrative and operational processes and provide administration, program management and data processing support for efficiently running talent programs.

    What we expect from you:

    • Minimum Bachelor degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration or Operations management
    • Strong Data Analytics experience, preferably in the People & Talent data and analytics (3+ years)
    • Strong experience in Program and Events management, preferably in the space of People and Talent programs, L&D (3+ years)
    • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation skills) across all levels of stakeholders
    • Experience in working with Data analytics systems.
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (ex. CSOD), Spend management platforms (ex. Coupa), project and program management systems (ex. Monday.com) is a plus.
