Cerinte

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Valid UDT scissor lift and forklift operator certifications.
• E1 and D1 energetical certificates.
Competencies:
• Solid understanding of warehouse equipment, machinery, and systems for effective maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills for clear and efficient collaboration.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Responsabilitati

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance and Inspections:
• Conduct monthly and quarterly line inspections as per the training and inspection log.
• Participate in semi-annual and annual inspections.
• Perform line adjustments and service interventions up to the L2 training level.
• Verify that L1 technicians complete regular daily and weekly maintenance on the Savoy line.
2. Team Leadership and Training:
• Organize and conduct daily meetings (Stand-up) with L1 technicians and provide summary reports to the Facility Manager.
• Coordinate and distribute work activities for L1 technicians.
• Conduct training sessions for L1 technicians.
3. Equipment and Spare Parts Management:
• Manage and maintain the spare parts warehouse.
• Control and maintain inventory of essential materials (e.g., glue, cartons).
• Order spare parts required for servicing the Savoy line.
• Participate in quality control of incoming materials.
4. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
• Resolve non-standard issues with the conveyor system and Savoy lines.
• Provide technical support and guidance to L1 technicians in solving problems.
• Seek opportunities for improvements and optimizations of the Savoy line and present suggestions to the Facility Manager.
5. Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure all equipment is safely connected to utilities (electricity, compressed air, etc.).
• Adhere to safety guidelines as prescribed by the line manufacturer.
• Inspect and report any malfunctions in the building's technical equipment (e.g., lighting, ventilation, heating).
• Ensure the warehouse is secured against damage due to malfunctions in building systems (e.g., gas, water, sprinklers).
6. Communication and Coordination:
• Collaborate with the packaging department coordinator.
• Communicate with technology suppliers for consultations and service needs.
• Report any deficiencies in MHE (Material Handling Equipment) to the Facility Manager.
7. General Duties:
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, beyond L1 technician responsibilities.
• Perform tasks and instructions as directed by the supervisor.
