Requirements
You will provide advice, guidance, and support related to a range of legal issues or concerns. To be successful as a legal advisor, you should possess excellent analytical, research, and writing skills, the ability to make good judgments, and be ability to work well within a team.
Your Profile
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
Strong expertise in commercial and contract law.
Experience in regulatory compliance and litigation.
Languages: English at a B2 level; knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian is an advantage.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Demonstrated business acumen and people skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in law.
Responsibilities
Main task
Regulatory Compliance: Provide legal support during inspections by controlling bodies (especially consumer protection, and labor protection).
Internal Legal Counsel: Offer legal advice, reports, and consultations for staff.
Documentation & Correspondence: Draft business communications and manage documents relevant to company operations.
Legal Monitoring: Stay updated on legal changes affecting the company and propose recommendations.
Litigation & Claims: Defend company interests in court and handle claims.
Contract Management: Prepare, review, and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Business Process Improvement: Identify and suggest ways to streamline business operations.
