    Requirements

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
    Experience in leading HR projects and initiatives across the organization.
    Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and organizational development.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and update recruitment and talent retention programs.
    Participate in the development of training, professional development, and employee motivation programs.
    Create strategies for building corporate culture.
    Develop strategies for internal events and manage their implementation.
    Coordinate with external partners to prepare employment contracts, additional agreements, job descriptions, and termination orders. Prepare various reports to track the effectiveness of HR processes.
    Drive initiatives to foster employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
