- A degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering (or similar).
- 1-2 years of experience in an architectural firm or construction fit-out company.
- Some knowledge of BIM and an interest in how AI is reshaping construction.
- Technical know-how to work with complex systems and troubleshoot effectively.
- Attention to detail—you catch things others might miss.
- A quick learner who’s comfortable adapting to new challenges.
- Great multitasking skills—you can handle multiple priorities with ease.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Most importantly, you’re a team player with great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Configuration Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in making Buildots’ tools work seamlessly for their clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Setting up and configuring Buildots’ platform to meet client-specific needs, using 3D models and their configuration tools.
- Building Digital Twin models (virtual replicas of construction projects) and integrating them into client systems.
- Identifying and solving setup or configuration challenges.
- Working closely with Project Managers and design teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Supporting projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial setup to ongoing optimization.
