    This role, CT Technical Program Manager, will manage the strategic cross-functional programs to implement the technology, environment, and related processes and automations. The focus is on managing programs and projects related to deployment and rolling out of highly available, data-intensive, geo-distributed systems. 

    Your tasks will include:
    • Collaborate with business leadership to define and communicate program objectives
    • Establish project scope, identify impacted workstreams, and secure necessary resources
    • Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment throughout the program lifecycle
    • Define program/project schedules and create work breakdown structures
    • Monitor and report on program health and progress using appropriate metrics and tools
    • Communicate decisions, priorities, and updates to stakeholders at all levels
    • Coordinate technical teams to resolve blockers and focus on delivering value
    • Oversee the rollout of tools and processes, ensuring adherence to change management best practices
    • Ensure proper documentation is created and maintained
    • Deliver successful program outcomes, measuring results against predefined goals and KPIs
    What we expect from you:
    • Strong understanding of system architecture, software design principles, and how components interact
    • Expertise in product development lifecycle, software deployment, and integration
    • Familiarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance tools
    • Ability to analyze relational data and interpret technical business requirements
    • Experience creating process flow diagrams and identifying project risks with mitigation strategies
    • Deep understanding of business processes across units like sales, marketing, finance, and quote-to-cash lifecycle
    Technical skills:
    • Familiarity with Veeam Products (VDP, VBSF, VDC, Veeam Kasten)
    • Experience with CRM systems (SFDC) and BI tools like Tableau
    • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com
    • Experience with vendor relationships and system administration is a plus
    Will be an advantage:
    • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred
    • Relevant experience in IT and business applications program management, ideally in a technology company
    • Certifications: PMP, Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a culturally diverse, fast-paced environment
    • Self-starter with the ability to focus on high-level goals while solving complex challenges
