Controller Key User – Controlling
🎯 Are you a Controlling expert looking for an international challenge with a big impact?
We’re searching for a Key User Controlling to be the cornerstone of implementing a new ERP system locally and internationally.

What are we looking for?
• 5 years of experience in Controlling.
• Strong analytical skills to handle complex data.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• ERP experience (a big plus!).
• Availability for travel.

Responsibilities

What will you do?
• Be the key connection between the Romanian team and the implementation team, with the exciting opportunity to spend up to 18 months in Prague – a perfect mix of travel, learning, and making an impact!
• Be the local expert in Controlling, supporting the implementation of the new ERP.
• Collaborate with the central team to align local processes with group requirements.
• Test, optimize, and train your colleagues to master the new system.
• Provide post-implementation support to stabilize processes.
🛫 International travel: 60% (mainly workshops).
