    Responsibilities:

    o    Achieves individual and team objectives set by SLA (Service Contracts) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).

    o    Deliver and manage P&O Day to day activities and operational solutions during employee's life cycle from entry to exit such as: contract creation, onboarding, offboarding, salary review, bonuses, reporting.

    o    Support and provide professional advice to Employees and Managers in all personnel-related topics: (contracts, addendums, personnel file, etc.)

    o    Support in-country G&PS team with different admin tasks.

    o    Collaborate with P&O BPs, People Excellence Teams, managers, and employees. 

    o    Manage local benefits and provide guidance to managers and employees.

    o    Maintain knowledge management system.

    o    Provide administrative system support to employees and managers. 

    o    Update, input data into P&O system accurately and maintain data integrity.

    o    Continuously develop and improve P&O processes and support implementation of new P&O tools and processes.

    o    Perform other tasks given by the manager.

    Qualifications:

    o    At least 2 years' experience in the field of Human Resources/P&O 

    o    Studies in economics / business administration / psychology / HR administration / business / labor law or comparable 

    o    Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, continuous improvement mindset and self-initiative

    o    Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different stakeholders

    o    Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize 

    o    High level of attention to detail

    o    Independent, proactive, responsive, and reliable way of working with a hands-on mentality

    o    Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese and very good English

    o    High level of attention to detail

    o    Prioritization skills 

    o    Computer literacy, ability to work with different HR information systems.

    o    Excellent knowledge of MS Office package
