    Responsibilities:

    o    Process and verify invoices in the Schenker TMS.

    o    Ensure invoice accuracy and compliance with company policies.

    o    Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies and support the finance team and internal Customers with ad-hoc tasks.

    o    Create and distribute sales invoices; receive and register purchase invoices.

    o    Monitor and report deviations between expected and actual costs.

    o    Ensure timely carrier/vendor payments and prepare accurate invoice payments.

    o    Handle customer claims and correct invoices based on input from the Control Tower and Internal/External Customers.

    o    Prepare monthly feedback reports on payment collections.

    o    Maintain records of invoices, deposits, claims, and payment correspondence.

    o    Flexibility to react quickly and effectively to changing requirements and opportunities.

    o    Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

    o    Initiative spirit for continuous improvement of processes, quality, and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    o    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

    o    Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; Navision is a plus.

    o    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    o    Fluent in spoken and written English; other languages at least B1 level (if required).

    o    Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

    o    Ability to work effectively in a customer/service-driven environment, both individually and as a team player.

    o    Internal motivation, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and focus on delivering results.
