Cerinte

- Previous experience in management, preferably in multinational or international companies;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Knowledge of HR administration and labor legislation is an advantage;
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher; knowledge of French is a plus;
- Confident user of MS Office tools;
- Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Responsabilitati

- Represent the company locally, implementing strategic decisions, procedures, and values at the Constanta branch;
- Oversee HR and administrative functions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
- Collaborate with local suppliers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate projects to ensure operational efficiency;
- Organize local recruitment initiatives and events to attract top talent;
- Maintain seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations;
- Manage infrastructure, technical resources, and personnel within budget and company standards;
- Respond quickly to unexpected situations, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
