We are now looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Trainee in Timisoara, Romania.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in tire production, rubber technologies, and material flow. You’ll work on the shop floor, learning manufacturing programs and their impact on key projects. Through department rotations, you’ll understand cross-functional operations and collaborate with the central team to build industry expertise. You’ll also expand your network within the plant and central functions, and be introduced to essential manufacturing performance indicators and industry standards to set a strong foundation for your career.

Engagement details:

• Full time Trainee position on Client's payroll
• Start date - January or February
• Location - Timisoara Romania, onsite

Responsibilities:

• Engage in tire production processes, rubber technologies, and material flow to gain hands-on experience.
• Rotate through various departments to understand cross-functional operations and teamwork.
• Learn about key manufacturing programs and their impact on central projects.
• Familiarize yourself with manufacturing performance indicators, analytical tools, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Theoretical background in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Quality)
• Ability to communicate and work in a multicultural environment
• Strong ability in analytical/structured thinking and learning
