Master Data Analyst

We are looking for a meticulous and innovative Master Data Analyst to join our team, playing a vital role. This position emphasizes the importance of data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all data domains, ensuring that our marketing and business initiatives are driven by reliable data. You will use data-driven insights to improve customer engagement and support strategic decision-making while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize our data landscape.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of master data across various systems, including marketing platforms, CRM systems, and external data sources.
• Implement and manage regular data cleaning, validation, and governance processes to maintain high data quality standards.
• Collect and analyze master data from diverse sources to assess sales funnels and customer behavior. Develop and uphold data management policies and procedures to support business processes and requirements.
• Analyze unstructured data sets and provide coherent recommendations to sales and marketing teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators related to master data quality and usage. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in master data to inform and improve marketing strategies.
• Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate data insights and trends.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data security and privacy standards are upheld.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive customer profiles and personas to enhance marketing personalization and targeting.

What you bring :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Over 8 years of proven experience and demonstrated expertise in master data management and analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB).
• Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce (SFDC), with experience in report and dashboard development. Proven expertise with data visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, digital marketing channels, and relevant metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical collaborators. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet
