Real Estate Senior Accounting, Controlling and Reporting Analyst

Join our growing Real Estate Finance Team as Senior Analyst handling the Accounting, Closing, Controlling and Reporting process in the core of Siemens Energy Real Estate. This role involves working closely with Country, Hub and Central FIN organizations.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Team Leadership- Manage and performs the periodic closing process- Identify and implement operational improvements- Carry out operational control, quality, and procedures of the use of the General Ledger SE RE Hubs- Perform posting of transactions- Post journals as necessary to accurately reflect the transactions of the business- Perform standard financial reporting in accordance with guidelines & timetables- Prepare the monthly financial close and ensures that the reporting requirements are fulfilled.- Review key account balances to ensure financial data is reliable and accurate.- Compile the SE RE Balance Sheet and P&L for submission to reporting systems- Perform Controlling & Reporting function- Undertakes other financial and management reporting as requested- Provide support to Country BA's in local reports- Maintain effective communication within department and extended SE RE organization
What You Bring
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or similar.- 3-5 years accounting work experience- Team or project lead experience- Experience in Real Estate and/or financial processes- Proficient in Financial Applications (SAP) and MS Excel & Office- Fluent in English (required) & preferable other language - Financial process optimization mentality- Teammate with strong communication & interpersonal skills- Flexible and deadline oriented- Proactive, dedicated and able to work optimally in global, virtual teams and networks- Professional ethics, responsibility and problem-solving orientation

Our Real Estate team manages a global footprint of over 4'5 million square meters, overseeing all real estate related activities and projects, develops and implements portfolio strategies in line with SE's business objectives and ensures cost-effective facility operations and work environments for SE.
Accounting Services (AS) is an integral part of the global accounting ecosystem and a CFO function within Siemens Energy (SE). Out of Accounting Service Centers in Americas, Europe, and Asia, AS provides accounting solutions contributing towards SE's vision to energize society.??¯
AS is built on (1) people, (2) processes, and (3) technology which all are constantly challenged and developed. You will be coordinated operationally by the Team Lead Fixed Assets and further- be reporting to the Accounting Service Center Fixed Assets Function Lead being part of both the local finance community as well as an international network of accounting experts.
