In this role, you'll be an essential part of our Automation and AI team, helping us explore new technologies and applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation and AI solutions to streamline finance processes, leveraging a broad technology portfolio. How You'll Make an Impact

• Identify and communicate technical requirements, configure new UiPath processes and objects, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Integrate different technologies and platforms, including UiPath, ABBYY flexi capture, Mendix, MS CoPilot, Snowflake, and MS PowerBI, to develop comprehensive automation solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to standard design principles and conventions.
• Create and maintain solution documentation, including design specifications, technical guidelines, and user manuals, to ensure efficient knowledge transfer and support ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
• Develop and document test procedures and scenarios for user acceptance testing (UAT) phases. Collaborate with operational teams during UAT and rollout to ensure smooth implementation and resolve any issues or exceptions that arise.
• Investigate emerging AI tools, monitor project performance, document processes, and share ideas for improvement. Assist with AI tool evaluation, testing, model fine-tuning, and integration into workflows.
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and other business units to understand requirements, support users, and gather feedback to continuously improve solutions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in automation development.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath or similar platforms. Strong coding skills, with hands-on experience in languages such as Python or Java.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
