Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of both on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure, Office 365, Intune, and Hyper-V.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilitati

1.Microsoft On-Premises Technologies:
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, PKI, DNS, DHCP, File Services and Group Policy.
- Oversee the administration of on-premises Exchange servers.
- Ensure the security and performance of on-premises environments.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot server performance and network issues.
- Manage and maintain Hyper-V environments, including virtual machine creation, configuration, and management.
2.Microsoft Cloud Technologies:
- Administer and support Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Azure AD, and Azure Backup.
- Manage Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Manage Intune for device management and security.
- Maintain Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other security solutions.
- Manage and configure Microsoft Sentinel for security monitoring and incident response.
3.Hybrid Environments:
- Manage hybrid identity solutions, including Azure AD Connect and Hybrid Azure AD Join.
- Ensure seamless integration between on-premises and cloud environments.
- Manage Conditional Access policies and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Administer and support Exchange Hybrid environments, ensuring smooth coexistence and mail flow between on-premises and cloud Exchange
4. Automation and Scripting:
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and other scripting languages.
