    Cerinte

    Qualifications:

    Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

    HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) – preferred

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.

    Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

    Responsabilitati

    Key Responsibilities:

    HR Strategy and Planning:

    Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.

    Analyse HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.

    Recruitment and Onboarding:

    Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

    Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

    Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

    Training and Development:

    Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills.

    Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

    Manage employee benefits programs

    Conduct salary reviews and manage compensation programs.

    Performance Management:

    Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and employee development

    Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.

    Employee Relations:

    Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

    Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and programs.

    HR Metrics and Reporting:

    Analyse HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.

    Prepare reports for senior management on employee turnover, satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.

    Compliance and Policy Management:

    Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

    Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
