Senior Sales Manager

Responsible for being the main driver in sales team and be in contact with customers and suppliers.

• Establish sales strategies on your area of ???esponsibility;
• Identify new clients;
• Establish detailed pricing policies;
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the market in which you operate;
• Generate and evaluate sales directions and business development opportunities;
• Initiate tenders drafting , ensuring a correct technical and contractual management, according to the tendering process;
• Develop negotiation strategies, managing the entire process until signing the contract;
• Evaluate the potential risks taking into account the resources;
• Maintain and develop contacts and customer relations;
• Collect / analyzing data on the market and competition and drafting the sales strategy;
• Analyze pre-sales activities.

• Completed a Technical University (Electroenergetics or Power Engineering);
• Speak English fluently and you are flexible to travel
• Have at least 10 years of experience in similar projects in the electrical field;
• Advanced in using MS Office;
• Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive credibility and a growth mindset that continually improves on personal impact and performance
• Driving License Category B.
