    British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for a Centre Business Partner - NVT in Bucharest, Romania - permanent role

    Based in Bucharest (GBS Office), the role reports to the Head of Corporate Finance as part of the Nicoventures Corporate Finance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible to support the management of stakeholders including those that are cross functional such as Legal, Supply Chain, etc. The role should ensure above market process are efficient as well as to support the accurate issuing of invoices to customers so legal requirements are met.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Ongoing business partnering in relation to suppliers.
    • Update of NVT billing documents when required, ensuring the company's invoices are issued accurately and meet legal requirements in different geographies. This includes understanding new requirements, liaising with stakeholders to follow-up on implementation and thorough testing prior to go-live.
    • Prepare and provide internal guidance and document process for product launches.
    • Responsible for functional NVT Corporate Finance Sharepoint site. Full review at least once a year and keep updated throughout the year.
    • Coordinate and support the use of tools for electronic signature of documents as well as to ensure all contractual agreements are stored in a single repository.
    • Identify and implement process improvements.
    • Participating in special projects and ad hoc requests where possible.

    What are we looking for?

    • Degree educated with professional accountancy qualification (i.e. CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA);
    • Good understanding of Group and Corporate Finance principles.
    • An understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, including SAP and BPC;
    • Ability to manage a high volume of data and present it in a simple, innovative and impactful way;
    • Ability to prioritise and remain resilient in the face of challenges;
    • Ability to identify process and reporting improvements and proactively implement solutions;
    • Ability to work independently managing stakeholders across a wide range of locations and markets;
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to influence and challenge;
    • Maintains excellent working relationships with all stakeholders and is a team player.
