Requirements

Conditions and Competencies

• A Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Analytical mindset, good understanding of number crunching
• Understanding of the local trade customers, competition, and structure;
• Curious, motivated and willing to learn;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Excel.
• English – Advanced level.

Responsibilities

Purpose of the Position

• The main objective of this position is to ensure the efficient implementation of trade marketing activities by principals, while also creating new tailored activities for the Romanian market.
• Additionally, it is required to continuously monitor and effectively place advertising materials from the principals, as well as design and implement these activities within their division.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Creating and managing initiatives, preparing necessary materials for the sales sector.
• Monitoring and analyzing the market and categories, including competitor activities and pricing.
• Creating and providing additional sales materials.
• Organizing promotional activities.
• Monitoring trade marketing funds (planning, usage) and creating reports for superiors and principals.
• Creating and monitoring the implementation of display standards across all sales channels (Retail Performance Standards).
• Providing necessary data for reports to the principals.
• Regular store checks with customers and monitoring the implementation of brand strategies and initiatives.

• POSM (Point of Sale Material) – creating plans for required POSM based on sales input, coordinating with the principal and relevant departments within Nelt Group regarding the tracking and payment process for advertising materials (procurement, payment, transport/customs, installation on-site, reporting, etc.).
• Organization and distribution of small advertising materials to teams on a monthly basis in coordination with Trade Marketing Specialists.
• Creating monthly presentations for principals with field activity updates.
• Managing the process of collecting competitor prices from the field.
