For the long-term reinforcement of our Hardware Engineering team, we are looking for a

RF Engineer (m/f/d)

What Will Expect You In This Role
 

• Development of mixed signal and high frequency circuits (up to 60 GHz)
• Building up of a deep technical understanding of RF technology
• Documentation of development results
• Simulation of RF components, modules and systems
• Bring up and test of prototypes
• Preparation of production documents, transfer to series production and supervision of test
  
   

• Completed studies in electrical engineering (preferably with a focus on RF technology or telecommunication)
• First experience in the field of mixed signal circuit design, high frequency technology and high frequency measurement technique
• In-depth knowledge of frequency synthesis, phase-locked loops (PLL), as well as fast AD and DA converters is of advantage
• Experience in PCB layout is of advantage
• Knowledge of simulation programs (e.g. ADS or Microwave Office)
• Good knowledge of English
• Initial work experience in the above-mentioned areas is preferred, but not essential if relevant experience is available, e.g. from internships, thesis or other projects
