Your mission:
 

• Participation with support tasks in development, introduction, and continuous further development of global financial processes within the Walter Group.
• Administrative tasks for the Global Finance Team: organize meetings, update lists, follow up on open items, tracking activities, maintain groups/channels in Teams/ Share points.
• Perform under supervision tasks related to finance processes, internal controls analytics, SAP exports, Celonis exports.
• Learn and perform process steps in SAP testing environment.
• Support in creation/ update procedures for finance processes in line with Internal Controls definitions.
• Support in creation of training materials.
• Support in testing/ validation/ implementation of analytics for Internal Controls overview and sampling based on criteria and rules.
• Support in process improvement activities, ensure training preparation.
   

• Study of Economics, Business Administration or comparable.
• High level of initiative and willing to learn and develop new skills and capabilities
• Analytical skills.
• Very good theoretical knowledge of financial processes (debtors, creditors, banks, general ledger, etc.).
• High IT affinity.
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Communication and persuasion skills, customer focus, self-motivation.
• Organized and structured approach/ mind-set with a strong orientation to finalization/ results oriented.
• Willing to work mostly remotely with diverse teams and individuals, considering cultural differences.
