Project Manager for electrical substations

As a Project Manager for HV Substations, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, budget supervision, scheduling, and team coordination to ensure successful project execution. You will maintain and handle relationships with customers, technical management, and external suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, you will report on project progress, manage risks, and represent the company in discussions with collaborators to ensure alignment and timely completion.

• To lead the delivery of turnkey HV substation projects for our key customer and be the Single Point of Contact for the customer;
• To work within one of the Grid Technology delivery teams and lead a project team while working alongside the Technical Lead Engineers, Procurement teams, Installation & Commissioning teams on all aspects of project delivery.
• To deliver on all ensure all technical, procurement and quality information while maintaining outstanding Health and Safety Standards throughout the project delivery.
• To raise all potential risks, variations and opportunities within the business and have full responsibly and accountability for schedule and costs on the project.
• To prepare Monthly Progress Reports for internal and external reporting, along with being customer facing on discussions, technical queries, issues, design risk management and project reporting.
• To support the Sales department on future project opportunities, work on a plethora of projects across the Romania and Moldova.

• You have more than 2 years project management experience in electrical or electro technical field !
• You have proven experience in electrical or electro technical field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical field
• You have Project Engineering/Contract Management experience gained within the Transmission & Distribution Industry
• You will have a great understanding of Transmission & Distribution standards & technologies together with knowledge of Substation Primary, Secondary Systems and Auxiliary Systems
• An excellent knowledge and understanding of current Health and Safety and Environmental Regulations as well as Risk Management processes.
• Contractual management knowledge and experience is essential in the execution of this role.
• Fantastic communication & interpersonal skills are required along with a strong work ethic, able to work of own initiative and ability to be proactive.
